Security is of utmost importance, especially when it comes to your bitcoin. If you want to change or reset your password, we'll show you how to do it easily.
To change or reset your password, use the "Forgot Password?" function on the login screen.
If you are still logged in to the app, log out first. Tap the “👤-Icon” at the bottom of the navigation bar in the app. Then tap on “Sign out” at the very bottom.
To change your Password on the Login Page:
Tap on “Sign in”
Then select the option “Forgot Password?”
Enter your phone number and click on “Next” (Important: Please verify that this is the phone number you provided when creating your account with 21bitcoin. If you have a new number, you must first update it via our support team.) - Ensure you select the correct country code when entering your phone number.
You will receive a 6-digit code to your registered email address or phone number if your email address has not yet been confirmed
Enter the code
Set a new password. Make sure that your new password meets the following requirements:
at least 6 characters
at least one lower case letter
at least one upper case letter
at least one number
and at least one special character
Enter your password a second time to make sure you have not mistyped it. If the passwords match, you will receive a message that your password has been successfully updated. ✅

Keep your new password safe and never share it with others. A strong password helps protect your bitcoin and personal information.
Common Issues and Solutions
No code received: Verify that your phone number is entered correctly and ensure your mobile carrier can receive SMS messages.
Invalid or expired code: Request a new code if the current one has expired.
