The latest 21bitcoin app version. Make sure your phone's operating system is up-to-date.

1. Create your Account
Download and open the 21bitcoin app on Android or iOS to get started.
Tap on “Sign Up”.
You will be asked for the following information. Important: Please provide accurate and up-to-date information to avoid problems.
Phone number (21bitcoin will send you a code to confirm)
Password (write it down and keep it safe)
Read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
If you're happy with our terms, tick the box and tap “Sign Up”.
2. Confirm your Phone Number
Type in the code in the message you receive from us. This message comes from 21bitcoin.
If you don't receive a message, you can try to send it again.
3. Add your Personal Information
Enter the information on your valid government-issued photo ID. You will need to submit a photo of this ID later.

Your birthdate
Your current residency
For compliance reasons, you also need to answer the following questions:
What do you use 21bitcoin for?
Where does the money to be invested come from?
What is your current income situation?
Tap “Next” to complete the process
In order to buy and sell bitcoin through 21bitcoin, the next thing you need to do is verify your identity and add a bank account.
4. Verify your Identity
Log into your 21bitcoin account
Complete the ID verification
5. Top up your Euro Account Balance
Tap the big “+ button” at the bottom of the app's navigation bar and select “Add Cash”.
Select “Manual Bank Transfer”
In the next step, the bank details of FIOR Digital GmbH will be displayed. Make sure to copy the payment reference so that we can assign the payment to your account.
Switch to your banking app and make a transfer / standing order from a bank account in your name.
As soon as the money has arrived (a bank transfer usually takes up to 2 working days), you will be notified by us, and you can buy Bitcoin immediately.
