If your bank deposit does not appear in the 21bitcoin app, this may be caused by the following reasons:
The name of the bank account from which you made the transfer does not match the name you entered at 21bitcoin
Your personal payment purpose was wrong or not included in the deposit
When transferring money from a new bank account for the first time, it is possible that the transfer will be checked manually
When depositing a large transaction amount, the transfer may be checked manually
You have made a SWIFT transfer instead of a SEPA transfer
Note
A standard SEPA bank transfer is credited within 2–3 business days.
A SEPA Instant bank transfer is credited within about 60 seconds.
