What is the anti-phishing code?
The anti-phishing code helps you identify genuine emails from 21bitcoin. It is your personal code, which is displayed in certain emails from 21bitcoin.
If an email contains your anti-phishing code, you can more easily check whether the message really came from 21bitcoin.
Where can I find my anti-phishing code?
You can find your personal anti-phishing code in the 21bitcoin app.
To do this, open the app and go to the security settings. Your current anti-phishing code will be displayed there.
Which emails include the code?
The anti-phishing code is displayed in automated emails from 21bitcoin, for example:
Authentication emails
Password reset emails
Transaction-related emails
Purchase confirmations
BTC withdrawal confirmations
This gives you an additional way to verify important emails and check whether they really came from 21bitcoin.
What about messages from customer support?
You can verify messages from 21bitcoin customer support directly in the app.
If you receive a support message by email, open the 21bitcoin app and check whether the message is also shown in the Support Center in the app. If the message is visible there, it came from our customer support team.
Manual support emails may also include an anti-phishing code depending on the situation, for example if our support team adds it when needed.
What should I do if the code is missing or incorrect?
If you receive an email that claims to be from 21bitcoin but:
does not include an anti-phishing code,
includes an incorrect anti-phishing code,
asks you to take urgent action,
asks you to send money or Bitcoin,
asks you to enter sensitive information outside the app,
please be careful.
In this case, do not click any links in the email and do not download any attachments. Instead, open the 21bitcoin app directly or contact our support team through the Support Center.
Important:
21bitcoin will never ask you to:
share your password by email,
share your verification code,
send Bitcoin to an unknown wallet,
install software such as AnyDesk or TeamViewer,
enter your login details outside the 21bitcoin app.
If you are unsure, always verify the message directly in the 21bitcoin app or contact our support team.

With the anti-phishing code, we give you an additional way to identify genuine emails from 21bitcoin and better protect yourself against fraudulent messages.
